RSMS was established in Jeddah in 1987 as a Ship Management Company. Its primary  business being to cater to the needs of the Bakri Group of Companies, a Saudi based group involved mainly in shipping and shipping- related activities. At present, RSMS provides shipping services not only to the Bakri Group of Companies but other Clients, among them major oil companies. During 15 years of operations, while successfully weathering the many adversities and maintaining a pro-active style of management, RSMS has been able to offer shipping and management capabilities, which include port operations, port services, stevedoring, crew manning, marine services, full agency and other related services. The company in maintaining the tradition and goal of achieving clients' satisfaction and excellence in performance has progressed and grown in size and numbers. RSMS firmly believes in “people”, “leadership” and “technical excellence” as the foundation of reliable and effective ship management.
